We are committed to operating responsibly, transparently, and in accordance with applicable Australian laws, including the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

1. Communications Compliance

DAconnect communications:

  • Are sent in a commercial context relevant to development activity
  • Clearly identify DAconnect as the sender
  • Contain a functional and free unsubscribe facility
  • Are limited in frequency and purpose
  • Are based solely on publicly available records and public business information

For development applicants, communications are limited to contextual notifications relating to specific publicly listed applications. We do not enrol recipients into ongoing marketing without consent.

DAconnect relies on inferred consent where appropriate in commercial (B2B) contexts and applies internal capacity assessment processes before issuing communications.

All unsubscribe requests are processed promptly and in accordance with statutory requirements.

DAconnect is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any council, government department, or regulatory authority.
